Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery and architecture sessions for secure, performant, and scalable integrations.
- Conduct virtual and on-site co-development sessions with customer engineering teams.
- Design, develop, and support integrations using Binti APIs, connectors, and integration tools.
- Provide technical consulting, debugging, triage, onboarding, and post-launch integration support.
- Collaborate with Integrations Engineering to improve RESTful APIs, connectors, endpoints, and integration tooling.
- Share customer feedback and integration insights to improve Binti products and capabilities.
- Support internal Program Management, Customer Support, Sales, and other teams with integration expertise.
- Champion security, privacy, HIPAA compliance safeguards, and security best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a customer-facing integrations or consulting role.
- Ability to architect, build, and maintain distributed integrated systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL data pipelines, and enterprise data warehouses.
- Experience working with legacy systems, preferably in government contexts.
- Confidence with Ruby and Ruby on Rails, plus comfort with Python, C#, Java, or other programming languages.
- Ability to manage personal projects and time effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience or sound judgment involving generative AI is a plus.
