Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade full stack applications for financial services or other regulated sectors.
- Develop React and TypeScript interfaces including dashboards, multi-step workflows, complex forms, and real-time KPI displays.
- Design and implement Python FastAPI services, RESTful APIs, asynchronous request processing, dependency injection, Pydantic validation, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
- Design Azure SQL schemas, migrations, indexes, stored procedures, audit logs, and append-only execution tables.
- Design versioned APIs with authentication, middleware, error handling, and third-party service integrations.
- Implement workflow state machines, stage routing, audit trails, and business process management solutions.
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI APIs for document classification, entity extraction, and intelligent email automation.
- Create unit and integration tests with pytest, including workflow and state-transition coverage.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment of Python services to Azure App Service or Azure Functions.
- Implement OAuth 2.0/JWT authentication, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), role-based access control, and API protection.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience developing full stack applications, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, component-based UI architecture, and Redux or Zustand.
- Strong Python and FastAPI development experience, including RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, dependency injection, Pydantic, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Solid Azure SQL experience covering schema design, migrations, indexing, stored procedures, and immutable or append-only patterns.
- Experience designing clean, versioned REST APIs and integrating external services and third-party connectors.
- Practical knowledge of workflow state machines, stage routing, audit trails, and BPM; BPM experience is a plus.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI is required.
- Experience with pytest for unit and integration testing.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, Docker, and Azure App Service or Azure Functions.
- Practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, RBAC, and enterprise API security.
- Experience with C#/.NET, SQLAlchemy ORM, or pyodbc is desirable.
- Advanced or fluent English is mandatory and will be assessed during the interview.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and business requirement decomposition skills.
