Responsibilities
- Design and ship production systems around AI models, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
- Lead discovery and scoping from pre-sales to post-sales, translating workflow needs into actionable plans.
- Define and enforce launch criteria for regulated environments, including validation and audit readiness.
- Build systems in sensitive data environments, focusing on auditability and access controls.
- Run evaluation loops to measure model quality against scientific benchmarks.
- Distill deployment learnings into scalable templates and architectures for regulated environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software/ML engineering or technical deployment experience in biotech, pharma, or clinical research.
- Experience owning customer GenAI deployments from scoping to production adoption.
- Familiarity with AI systems in trial design and regulatory writing, focusing on validation and compliance.
- Strong communication skills across scientific, technical, and executive audiences.
- Ability to apply systems thinking and improve operational standards based on feedback.
