Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable backend services and platform applications using Kotlin, Java, or Python.
- Develop high-throughput integrations, robust REST APIs, and reliable data flows.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend Engineering, and Platform teams on complex technical and business challenges.
- Own features from concept through production and support them with unit, component, and end-to-end testing.
- Improve system resilience, performance, service architecture, system boundaries, and developer experience.
- Share technical insights and contribute to the continued expansion of the platform.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in or eagerness to deepen expertise in Kotlin, Java, or Python.
- Experience with or interest in Spring Boot, Django, or Flask.
- Experience designing REST APIs and working with OpenAPI.
- Experience with or interest in relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
- Commitment to software quality and experience with testing frameworks or tools such as JUnit 5, pytest, or end-to-end automation tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
