Base Salary
$125k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, including metadata frameworks, custom objects, data models, workflows, automation, and omni-channel capabilities.
- Define Salesforce platform standards, coding guidelines, integration patterns, governance practices, and scalability strategies.
- Lead org hygiene, technical debt reduction, platform roadmap evolution, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Architect secure integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using MuleSoft, AWS, REST, OAuth, and SSO.
- Lead implementations involving Salesforce Data Cloud, person accounts, skill-based routing, Einstein Analytics, and Einstein Copilot through production delivery.
- Guide Salesforce developers and admins, conduct design reviews, validate architectures, and mentor the team.
- Partner with product, business systems, and engineering leadership on roadmap alignment and translate architecture into business value.
Requirements
- Work on-site in the Austin, Texas office three days per week.
- 10+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL optimization.
- Experience designing secure, scalable integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, SSO, and MuleSoft.
- Experience architecting multi-org, multi-cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits, performance optimization, data modeling, data governance, SAML, multi-tenancy, and compliance frameworks.
- Preferred experience with AWS, MuleSoft, or Heroku integrations; Einstein Analytics, Einstein Copilot, or AI-driven Salesforce capabilities; Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification; and healthcare or regulated industries.
- Ability to communicate technical architecture to executives and product stakeholders and mentor teams through code review, design collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
