Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in efforts to modernize the product technology stack.
- Mentor junior developers, pair on code, and perform code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Management and team members to establish and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support software applications.
- Learn and apply new skills and technologies to support existing and evolving products.
- Develop technical skills and help grow the capabilities of other team members.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building frontend applications with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, and UI frameworks such as React.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing microservices and creating or consuming web services.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Web Services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and ECS.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and developing service-based architecture or microservices.
- Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification is preferred.
- Experience with Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with micro-frontends is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are preferred.
- Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
