Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in efforts to modernize the product technology stack.
  • Mentor junior developers, pair on code, and perform code reviews.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and team members to establish and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support software applications.
  • Learn and apply new skills and technologies to support existing and evolving products.
  • Develop technical skills and help grow the capabilities of other team members.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience building frontend applications with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, and UI frameworks such as React.
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and developing microservices and creating or consuming web services.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Web Services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and ECS.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing and developing service-based architecture or microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience with micro-frontends is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are preferred.
  • Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
