Responsibilities
- Build delightful interactive learning experiences inside Grafana.
- Ship features that enhance the learner experience from onboarding to completion.
- Create workflows that enable non-engineers to contribute and improve learning content.
- Support private guides and experiences for users.
- Implement trustworthy and motivating completion tracking.
- Instrument learning flows to analyze user engagement and identify issues.
- Apply observability principles to enhance product understanding.
- Utilize AI-driven development tools to improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals with the ability to ship production-grade changes.
- Experience using Grafana in real environments and understanding observability practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively through documentation and presentations.
