Base Salary
$73k - $149k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy ServiceNow Service Portal applications.
- Develop Service Portal widgets and related capabilities.
- Install, troubleshoot, and develop ServiceNow applications focused on ITSM and record producer processes.
- Test software for bugs and performance throughout the development process.
- Use UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, users, groups, roles, and ACL management.
- Communicate development status and blockers in daily Scrum meetings and collaborate with developers and the Scrum Master.
- Maintain documentation for application design and code-generation techniques.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience managing the ServiceNow platform or a similar platform.
- Current IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ or an equivalent certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow development using business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and ITSM.
- Understanding of workflow and process-management best practices across commercial and federal sectors.
- Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator course must be completed within 60 days of starting; certification is not mandatory.
- Strong communication and people skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Preferred qualifications include JavaScript, HTML or XML, Employee Center Pro, Scrum and Agile development experience, ITIL4 certification, and ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator.
