Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and maintain infrastructure platforms and solutions supporting applications and data systems.
- Monitor system and infrastructure performance, resolve incidents and outages, and improve mean time to resolution.
- Develop automation, scripting, and coding solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Implement secure configurations and controls to protect hardware, software, infrastructure, and data.
- Define infrastructure requirements and collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers on integrated solutions.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, contribute to policy and procedure development, and support governance activities.
- Lead complex assignments, guide team members or manage a team, and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solution design and documentation within enterprise messaging environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Entra identity management.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra Connect, hybrid identity management, and directory synchronization.
- Familiarity with role-based access control models in Azure and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Defender products, including Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, and Defender for Cloud Apps.
- Experience with Azure Resource Management.
- Experience with DevOps tools and infrastructure automation, including version control such as Git.
- Working knowledge of the ITIL framework in a service operations context.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira for documentation and agile delivery.
- Azure, Entra, and Microsoft 365 certifications are desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and the broader Microsoft 365 suite is desirable.
- Strong understanding of risk and controls, change and transformation, and strategic thinking in a digital enterprise is desirable.
