Responsibilities
- Develop software using engineering best practices.
- Complete technically challenging software work across a broad range of technologies.
- Make technical decisions and contribute ideas about technology investments.
- Share knowledge and help teams become more productive and effective.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate in technical discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
- Typically 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with object-oriented design and proficient coding skills in C++, C#, or Java.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to complete technically challenging work.
- Acumen with artificial intelligence tools.
- Strong communication, execution, autonomy, and mentoring skills.
