Base Salary
$150k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Study and analyze problems in the space domain within a collaborative team.
- Identify Agile solutions and program epics with acceptance criteria and ensure development organizations align with government requirements.
- Support pre-increment planning, iterative integration demonstrations, and software development practices.
- Assess developer performance through contract deliverables and oversee testing against objectives.
- Analyze recommendations for software enhancements across cloud, on-premises, and HPC environments.
- Write Statements of Work for upcoming systems acquisitions.
- Advise the COTR using cost, schedule, and performance analysis.
- Identify risks, develop courses of action, and review contractor submissions for technical accuracy.
- Organize and execute tools demonstrations for the user community one to two times per year.
Requirements
- Active/current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor of Science STEM degree with 9 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate, coordinate, and engage customers independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, small-team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Clear and accurate verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with functional mission areas and key intelligence issues.
- Preferred experience with physics-based modeling and simulation techniques and tools.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML applications.
- Preferred knowledge of the intelligence production cycle and when to apply engineering judgment.

- Annual base compensation of $150,000 - $187,000 USD.
