Base Salary
$119k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product- and team-level solution design and delivery architecture within a value stream.
- Design and document application, integration, data, and infrastructure architectures.
- Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads on roadmaps, MVP scope, technical trade-offs, and delivery enablement.
- Ensure solutions follow architecture standards, security requirements, design patterns, and enterprise capabilities.
- Lead proof-of-concepts, resolve technical dependencies and impediments, and provide hands-on guidance on design quality and technical approaches.
- Mentor engineers, simplify designs, reduce technical debt, improve delivery efficiency, and support major-impact production incidents.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, data integration, and modern application architectures.
- Experience with Agile or product-based delivery models and hybrid on-premises/public-cloud architectures.
- Proven experience architecting large-scale, business-critical systems in the insurance domain.
- Good understanding of GenAI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, risk, and long-term sustainability, with strong communication and technical documentation skills.
