Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
- Lead solution architecture, integration strategy, and best-practice standards across both platforms.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify integration opportunities and improve workflow automation, data visibility, and accuracy.
- Provide hands-on leadership in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to maintain reliable data synchronization and minimize downtime.
- Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration maps, and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with IT, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into integration solutions.
- Monitor advancements in NetSuite, Salesforce, and integration technologies and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Proven experience integrating NetSuite and Salesforce with middleware tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Jitterbit, or Workato.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, data transformation, and workflow automation principles.
- Background in solution and integration architecture, including scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
