Responsibilities
- Transition ML models and GenAI solutions from proof of value to production on OpenShift and GCP.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for code quality and secure deployments.
- Integrate chatbots, LLMs, predictive APIs, RAG pipelines, search engines, vector databases, and graph databases into business applications.
- Create monitoring dashboards for model health, API performance, and data drift while optimizing CPU/GPU resources.
- Develop Docker/Git starter kits and standardized environments for Data Scientists, including resolving complex dependency issues.
- Act as the technical liaison between the international Innovation team and the Albacete IT department, translating compute needs into IT architecture specifications and supporting cybersecurity compliance.
Requirements
- 3 to 4+ years of full-time, post-graduate industry experience in Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, or Software Engineering.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Advanced Python skills and experience with software engineering practices, IT infrastructure, CI/CD, and scalable AI deployments.
- Experience with OpenShift AI, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, databases, search systems, ML tooling, and monitoring tools.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; French or German is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, collaborate across teams, and occasionally travel to Marignane and Donauwörth.
- A brief example of an ML model or GenAI solution put into production is welcomed in the application.
