Responsibilities

Guide users through a discovery process to understand their business needs and design technically feasible solutions.
Secure technical wins through compelling presentations and demonstrations.
Identify opportunities to grow product use within existing accounts and close complex deals.
Partner with Account Executives to provide strategic and architectural guidance.
Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute account strategies.

7+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
Ability to establish relationships with key decision makers.
Effective group-facilitation skills for leading customer meetings.
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architectures.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
