Base Salary
$100k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with various teams to learn their workflows thoroughly.
- Build AI agents that automate and offload work from team members.
- Become an expert in using AI to enhance specific job functions.
- Collaborate with teammates to integrate AI solutions into their processes.
- Experiment with new technologies and incorporate learnings into team practices.
Requirements
- Strong first principles and systems thinking skills.
- Ability to decompose novel problems and design innovative solutions.
- Experience or interest in working with coding agents.
- Excellent communication skills and customer obsession.
- Willingness to work in-person in Flatiron, NYC, five days a week.
