Base Salary
$100k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with Basis teams and learn their workflows in depth.
- Build agents that offload teammates’ work to AI.
- Develop expertise in applying AI to the function and workflow of the embedded team.
- Invent new operating models, infrastructure, interfaces, and collaboration methods for humans and agents.
- Experiment with agents, run them continuously, and feed learnings back into team processes.
- Support the development of zero-human-loop systems that handle entire jobs end to end.
Requirements
- Strong first-principles and systems-thinking abilities for solving novel problems without an established playbook.
- A mix of agency, customer obsession, product taste, technical skill, and communication ability.
- Enjoyment of experimentation with AI agents and incorporating learnings into team processes.
- Passion for team outcomes and willingness to take responsibility for the success of the embedded team.
- Excitement about working with coding agents and applying agents to real-economy problems.
- Willingness to work in person in Flatiron, New York City, five days per week.
