Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer teams to understand their operating constraints and rebuild functions from first principles.
- Own autonomous delivery from problem framing through production deployment, including hands-on software implementation.
- Deliver Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations for financial services and healthcare customers.
- Help enterprises adopt AI from strategy through first deployment and shape tooling and frameworks for the AI delivery practice.
- Build and maintain production GenAI/LLM systems and evaluation suites for non-deterministic systems.
- Engage senior stakeholders in redesign and technical scoping conversations.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of software-building experience, including substantial production coding accountability.
- Current hands-on software engineering experience and willingness to understand unfamiliar business functions before implementing solutions.
- Production experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems and owning evaluation suites for non-deterministic systems.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Cloud-native delivery experience on AWS; GCP or Azure experience is a plus.
- Pre-sales experience and credibility with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses.
- Experience with Kubernetes or ECS, CI/CD, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform is preferred.
- Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI is preferred.
