Base Salary

$180 - $220/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end software projects across full-stack web applications, agentic AI solutions, PMS and CRM integrations, infrastructure, and internal tooling.
  • Architect, build, deploy, and maintain production AI agents across their full lifecycle.
  • Define technical patterns and standards for software development across the engineering organization.
  • Strengthen onboarding and configuration systems, integration frameworks, and AI performance analytics infrastructure.
  • Partner with executive and product leadership to translate product vision into delivery and make technical trade-offs.
  • Own system reliability, observability, monitoring, testing, error handling, tracing, and continuous improvement.
  • Work across backend services, LLM orchestration, integrations, data pipelines, and frontends.
  • Improve legacy code and establish scalable architectural foundations.
  • Translate product and operations needs into intelligent automated workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including work across the stack and with distributed systems.
  • Experience working with frontends, backends, infrastructure, and databases without relying on specialist handoffs.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Ability to independently drive ambiguous projects from problem definition through production deployment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and shipping AI solutions in production that real users depend on.
  • Experience building reliable and observable systems with tracing, error handling, fallback strategies, monitoring, and testing.
  • Preferred: startup or high-growth company experience and comfort iterating quickly in production.
  • Preferred: AWS, Terraform, infrastructure, and DevOps experience.
  • Preferred: self-serve platform or integration infrastructure experience.
  • Preferred: workflow automation or business process orchestration experience.
  • Preferred: telephony integrations such as Twilio and voice-capable agents or chatbots.
  • Preferred: speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or real-time audio streaming experience.
  • Preferred: classical machine learning, including supervised or unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
