Responsibilities
- Lead and align IAM architecture across teams and Agile Release Trains.
- Define and evolve the IAM reference architecture and capability model.
- Translate ISO, NIST, and OWASP security standards into practical architectural guidelines.
- Drive the development of Zero Trust and identity-centric security.
- Facilitate architecture forums, design reviews, and technical decisions.
- Promote reuse, standardization, and shared capabilities.
- Balance security, compliance, and business needs while collaborating with architecture, security, platform, product, risk, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- Experience in solution and system architecture within large-scale, distributed environments.
- Familiarity with SAFe or similar scaled agile ways of working.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as ISO, NIST, and OWASP.
- Experience with IAM and identity-centric security concepts, including Zero Trust principles.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, build alignment, support technical decision-making, and engage technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery and communicate clearly.
