Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and service-level test scripts.
- Create test cases for new development, maintenance, regression, automation, API, data-driven testing, and release readiness.
- Prepare, manage, and validate test data.
- Test APIs and services for accuracy, reliability, and integration quality across shipment tools.
- Support quality assurance activities and high-quality releases across technology platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify risks, and resolve defects.
- Analyze test results, document issues, and support timely defect resolution.
- Improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency.
- Use modern QA frameworks and AI-assisted tools where applicable.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with automation testing across UI and services.
- Strong understanding of API testing and data-driven system validation.
- Experience designing and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Ability to create comprehensive test cases and manage test data.
- Experience supporting high-quality releases across technology platforms.
- Familiarity with modern QA frameworks.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools for test development, test coverage, and efficiency is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and defect-documentation skills.
