Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions and new Salesforce instances.
- Build Apex classes, triggers, actions, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Flows, and integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise services, APIs, Informatica or similar tools, and other Salesforce organizations.
- Design scalable applications using asynchronous jobs, bulk and parallel processing, platform cache, and Lightning Data Service.
- Deploy Salesforce metadata, configurations, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flex, and AppExchange solutions using org and package deployment models.
- Debug and troubleshoot Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flows, SOQL, page performance, and API integrations.
- Implement AI-powered sales features, predictive lead scoring, opportunity insights, sales recommendations, and AI-driven analytics in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall Salesforce CRM and IT experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities, configuration, customization, programming, best practices, design patterns, and platform limitations.
- Proficiency with Apex, Web Services, Lightning Aura and LWC frameworks, Visualforce, JSON, Salesforce integrations, and real-time and Streaming APIs.
- Experience with offline synchronization using Informatica or similar tools, Salesforce Connect, asynchronous processing, bulk processing, platform cache, and Lightning Data Service.
- Experience deploying Salesforce metadata and using GitHub for version control.
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing business processes and Salesforce troubleshooting and debugging.
- Knowledge of Java, object-oriented programming, SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably Oracle, Reactive JavaScript, and REST-based service development.
- Experience integrating and leveraging Agentforce Vibes or Salesforce Einstein and configuring AI-driven analytics dashboards and reports.
- Strong oral and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skills.
- Graduation or post-graduation in Computer Science or Engineering.
