Base Salary
$145k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate the LIGER GenAI platform into customers’ existing business processes and configure successful deployments.
- Build and deploy customer-specific features, enhancements, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions using full-stack technologies.
- Support customers for 60–180 days after sale before transitioning deployments to a long-term project team.
- Provide technical consulting, troubleshooting, deployment support, and guidance throughout integration and production delivery.
- Capture customer requirements and feedback and collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams on platform improvements.
- Engage directly with customers, including senior government and industry stakeholders, through onsite and other required formats.
- Travel occasionally to customer locations within the United States.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required; only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and extensive experience with PostgreSQL are required.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and related AI technologies solving real-world problems is required.
- Experience with the MEAN Stack, TypeScript full-stack development, and Angular web applications is required.
- Knowledge of Docker, GitLab, cloud deployment models, AWS GovCloud, APIs, software development lifecycle practices, and security principles is required.
- Preferred qualifications include federal-government sales engineering, customer relationship development, DoD cybersecurity and vulnerability management, Kubernetes, MCP Server and MCP tools, Unix/Linux, AWS products, and leadership or expert guidance experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, prioritization, independent problem-solving, and customer-facing skills are required.
