Responsibilities
- Develop software and tools to automate and improve IDC network implementation and operations.
- Build AI-enabled automation assistants, including LLM-powered runbook execution, chat-driven tooling, and intelligent ticket or work-order automation with safety controls and auditability.
- Analyze network data and create software solutions using computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis techniques.
- Integrate LLMs or AI services into data pipelines and operator workflows for anomaly summarization, incident triage, and log or telemetry interpretation.
- Plan, design, and iterate network platforms and AI features such as prompt flows, tool or function-calling integrations, evaluation and guardrail strategies, and feedback loops.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language, such as Python, Go, C, C++, or Rust.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database principles, querying, and data-structure optimization.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into backend services, such as AI-assisted automation endpoints, RAG pipelines, or tool-using agents.
- Preferred: understanding of networking concepts such as the OSI model and TCP/IP.
- Preferred: experience applying AI to network analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, incident summarization, remediation suggestions, or natural-language operations tooling.
- Preferred: familiarity with prompt and version management, LLM observability, offline and online evaluation, and AI assistants in CI/CD or developer-productivity workflows.
