Base Salary
$277k - $415k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple ML initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and drive ML roadmaps.
- Identify new ML/AI opportunities and advise on strategic tradeoffs.
- Drive R&D efforts for next-generation chatbot architectures.
- Design, deploy, and maintain ML models for conversational agents.
- Develop ML-powered tools and real-time recommendation systems.
- Act as the technical representative for the team's systems and programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI roles.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence teams.
- Track record of delivering organizational-wide impact.
- Proven ability to ship end-to-end ML features.
- Experience with language models, dialog systems, or generative AI.
- Strong foundation in NLP, deep learning, or ML infrastructure best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Enthusiasm for R&D in applied AI.
