Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital transformation solutions aligned with the PLM roadmap.
- Integrate 3DEXPERIENCE and other digital applications, including ERP and MES systems.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity standards.
- Develop best practices and oversee adherence by vendors and developers.
- Create, document, and present solution architectures to architecture review boards.
- Support project managers with implementation plans and project gate deliverables.
- Lead developers, including offshore development teams.
- Contribute to a coherent PLM software strategy.
- Use DevOps practices to reduce PLM solution time to market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture or a similar role.
- Experience in solution design, software architecture, implementation, validation, and documenting complex architectures.
- Ability to translate complex business workflows into efficient technical solutions and influence varied stakeholders.
- Proven experience integrating 3DEXPERIENCE with ERP and MES systems.
- In-depth knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE is essential.
- Knowledge of DELMIA and APRISO is a strong asset; Teamcenter knowledge is welcome.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe and DevOps practices using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
- Knowledge of modern web application technologies such as OpenShift containers, Vue.js, Java, and JavaScript is desired.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and results orientation.
- Very good English proficiency for technical documentation and communication in an international environment.
