Base Salary
$156k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work across the full stack, including frontend features, real-time systems, and backend infrastructure.
- Build data pipelines and internal tooling for onboarding sources and maintaining sector coverage.
- Improve agentic parsing and extraction systems for greater capability and reliability.
- Own systems end to end, including data inspection, quality assurance, instrumentation, shipping, debugging, and production fixes.
- Add information sources, improve system speed or reliability, build a company ontology, and deliver core product features.
Requirements
- At least 2 and approximately no more than 7 years of experience building, shipping, and operating production systems end to end.
- Hands-on production experience building and deploying agentic AI or LLM-based applications.
- Full-stack experience with Python backend development, FastAPI or equivalent, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with data infrastructure and pipelines, including ETL, data modeling, and SQL.
- Experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and debugging distributed systems, AWS infrastructure and deployment, and real-time data systems.
- Strong judgment about when AI agents should reason versus when deterministic logic should be used.
- Must be a US citizen or have a valid US work visa; sponsorship is not available.
- Bonus qualifications include capital markets, equity research, or financial services experience, and familiarity with dbt, columnar databases, vector search, or edge computing infrastructure.
