Responsibilities
- Design and operate Kubernetes-based deployment automation for the simulated service catalog, including configuration, health monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain content-seeding pipelines that scrape, transform, and inject realistic content into simulated services.
- Own authoritative DNS for simulated domains and maintain mail, sender-authentication, delegation, and service-consistency records.
- Build and maintain email delivery infrastructure for realistic and adversarial email scenarios.
- Coordinate with the identity and persona team to provision service accounts and maintain per-service user state.
- Instrument and monitor simulated services using the Grafana-based observability stack.
- Contribute to APIs that allow platform components and external orchestration systems to create and manage simulated services.
Requirements
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish across written, virtual, and in-person interactions is required.
- Experience deploying and operating containerized services in Kubernetes, including deployment configuration and automation for heterogeneous applications.
- Hands-on experience operating self-hosted open-source platforms such as mail servers or social media instances.
- Working knowledge of authoritative DNS, zone delegation, and email-authentication records.
- Familiarity with email delivery infrastructure, sender authentication, envelope construction, and authentication headers.
- Experience with web scraping, data transformation pipelines, or content generation.
- Ability to work across a broad and heterogeneous service catalog.
- Familiarity with PKI and TLS fundamentals is preferred.
- Cybersecurity, red-team infrastructure, or cyber range experience is preferred.
