Base Salary
$50k - $999k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable ML systems for fraud detection and anomaly detection.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion and model training.
- Design low-latency, real-time decision systems integrating with transaction data streams.
- Own ML infrastructure, including model versioning and automated retraining.
- Build robust monitoring and alerting for model performance and data quality.
- Lead experimentation on model explainability and adversarial robustness.
- Develop tooling to improve the ML development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with platform teams to meet SLAs for availability and accuracy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building ML systems in production, with 2+ years in fraud or anomaly detection.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field.
- Proven track record designing and maintaining ML models at scale.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning and statistical modeling.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity.
- Experience developing predictive real-time and offline fraud detection models.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy ML solutions.
