Responsibilities
- Integrate Uber technologies, products, and services into partner platforms using APIs, SDKs, and related tools.
- Develop customized technical solutions and provide guidance and support throughout partner integrations.
- Manage technical relationships with partner stakeholders and collaborate with engineering, product, operations, business development, and customer support teams.
- Create technical documentation, tutorials, and training materials for partner integration efforts.
- Gather partner feedback and advocate for product improvements.
- Analyze and optimize partner engagement, onboarding, support, and operational workflows.
- Develop scalable systems, tools, and strategies to automate repetitive tasks and support a growing partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or meaningful industry experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in an external-facing technical role.
- Intimate knowledge of APIs and adjacent technologies.
- SQL and/or other data analytics skills.
- Python programming skills focused on data analysis.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken Japanese and English.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is preferred.
