Responsibilities
- Deploy, operate, and maintain production and test Kubernetes workloads on Red Hat OpenShift and AKS.
- Implement GitOps workflows with Argo CD and maintain Kubernetes tooling such as Helm and Kustomize.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
- Write and maintain Terraform infrastructure code using shared module patterns and team standards.
- Support Azure platform operations, including networking, identity, and cloud-native services.
- Instrument monitoring and observability services, respond to incidents, investigate issues, and implement reliability improvements.
- Apply security practices including secrets management, network policies, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with engineers and principal-level team members, maintain documentation and runbooks, and participate in code and infrastructure reviews.
Requirements
- BTech, MTech, or MCA.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Solid production Kubernetes experience, with familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift or AKS.
- Working proficiency with Terraform and Argo CD.
- Practical experience with Azure networking, identity, and cloud-native tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and security fundamentals.
- Experience migrating workloads to Kubernetes or working with on-premises Kubernetes deployments.
- Familiarity with containerization strategies and legacy application modernization.
- AWS experience or exposure to multicloud environments.
- Kubernetes certifications such as CKA or CKAD are preferred.
- Clear communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work under technical guidance.
