Responsibilities
- Deploy, operate, and maintain Kubernetes workloads on Red Hat OpenShift and AKS across production and test environments.
- Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and maintain Kubernetes tooling including Helm, Kustomize, ingress controllers, and service mesh.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
- Write and maintain Terraform infrastructure as code and support Azure networking, IAM, and cloud-native services.
- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, secrets management, network policies, and policy enforcement practices.
- Respond to and investigate incidents, participate in post-mortems, and implement reliability improvements.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational guides while participating in code and infrastructure reviews.
Requirements
- BTech, MTech, or MCA degree.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Production Kubernetes experience, with familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift or AKS.
- Working proficiency with Terraform and ArgoCD.
- Practical experience with Azure networking, identity, and cloud-native tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, containerization, and security fundamentals.
- Experience migrating workloads to Kubernetes or working with on-premises Kubernetes deployments.
- Familiarity with legacy application modernization and multi-cloud environments; AWS experience is beneficial.
- Kubernetes certifications such as CKA or CKAD are beneficial.
- Clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to work within established standards and take direction.
