Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement geospatial data pipelines, geocoding and matching services, and interfaces between enterprise platforms.
- Develop, test, document, monitor, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications with data-quality validation.
- Reconcile records across systems with differing identifiers and data models.
- Apply AI and automation to improve products and development practices.
- Define shared data contracts, identifier mappings, and integration patterns across platforms and teams.
- Partner with product and business teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and influence solution decisions.
- Lead medium-complexity projects, build alignment across stakeholders, and serve as a trusted technical opinion in the product area.
- Coach less experienced engineers and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Establish reusable property and geospatial data capabilities and ship geocoding and matching services adopted by other teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, geography/GIS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack expertise.
- Frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript and backend experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience with GIS data processing, mapping libraries and platforms, spatial databases, and location-based services.
- Hands-on experience with geocoding frameworks or record matching and deduplication at scale.
- Experience defining data contracts, identifier mappings, and integration patterns across relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities, including familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, API integration, and AI coding assistants.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, end-to-end CI/CD setup, and automated testing practices.
- Ability to work independently on complex problems and build alignment across teams without formal authority.
- Preferred qualifications include large-scale data matching or shared geocoding services, spatial analysis and cartographic principles, Databricks or similar lakehouse platforms, LLM-powered applications, RAG, vector search, production ML deployments, real estate technology, responsible AI, and cloud, GIS, or AI/ML certifications.
