Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
- Define solution roadmaps and architecture blueprints with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Design integrations between D365 CE, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
- Provide guidance on enterprise CRM integrations, security, governance, and Microsoft best practices.
- Oversee technical delivery and architecture governance to ensure scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Support pre-sales through solution demonstrations, proposal writing, and client presentations.
- Mentor and coach technical teams and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Deep expertise in D365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, integration patterns, Azure, Dataverse, and API management.
- Experience with security, compliance, and governance practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, problem-solving, and technical discussion skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and ALM practices for Power Platform solutions.
- Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
