Responsibilities
- Act as the subject-matter expert and technical leader for the Salesforce platform and related solutions.
- Define and maintain standards and best practices for Salesforce solution design, development, validation, and deployment.
- Coordinate across functional teams to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise technology strategies.
- Create frameworks to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, quality, and security.
- Develop the Salesforce platform roadmap and represent Salesforce engineering across technical and non-technical domains.
- Lead engineering of complex platform components and planned solutions while supporting risk management and data protection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering or a similar domain.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementation, integration, and enhancement projects.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning, including Aura, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex Code, workflows, validation rules, custom objects, formulas, and automated email responses.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications in related domains such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I and II, Admin, Advanced Admin, or Technical Architect.
- Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds; Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds are highly desired.
- Experience with GitLab, Harness, JFrog Artifactory, data backup and recovery, sandbox seeding, Salesforce APIs, web services, Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Salesforce Community sites is preferred.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services and software development lifecycle methodologies is preferred.
- Must complete a background and drug screen and independently possess US work eligibility at the date of hire.

- Base pay for Phoenix is $145,000-$186,000 per year, with eligibility for a discretionary incentive plan.
