Responsibilities
- Work autonomously on software design and software development activities.
- Contribute as a key technical member in complex project environments.
- Lead software design and development activities for a team.
- Understand internal and external client needs and proactively provide advice.
- Assess project issues, formulate innovative solutions, and drive teams toward technical and commercial goals.
- Explain difficult concepts to varied audiences and motivate team members.
- Build informal networks with key contacts outside the immediate area.
- Potentially manage costs for a specific project or work area.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a complex environment.
- Ability to assess issues, develop solutions, work under pressure, and lead teams.
- Ability to communicate difficult concepts clearly to varied audiences.
- Ability to understand client needs and contribute to technical and commercial goals.
