Responsibilities

Collaborate with global teams across time zones.
Architect complex engineering systems from end to end.
Partner with stakeholders to execute the roadmap for the Data Streaming Platform.
Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of the platform’s technology stack.
Solve complicated technical projects and provide guidance to the team.
Enhance stability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence across systems.

3-5 years of relevant software development experience.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, secure, and high-quality systems.
Deep hands-on expertise in hyper-scale distributed systems engineering.
Experience with production services in the cloud and on-call rotation.
Expertise in cloud-native technology, including networking and security.
Experience with Java, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is highly valued.
Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
Prior experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and understanding of cloud best practices.
Ability to influence teams and management through effective communication.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
