Responsibilities
- Support vulnerability management activities across the IT and infrastructure environment.
- Investigate and validate false positives using submitted technical evidence.
- Maintain dashboards and reports in the Remediation Management platform.
- Track remediation against severity-based SLAs and follow up with stakeholders.
- Monitor vendor disclosures and emerging high-risk vulnerabilities and document findings.
- Support asset ownership validation, data reconciliation, and other data-quality efforts.
- Assist with basic automation or scripting tasks such as report generation and data pulls.
- Attend team meetings and training and document processes for internal knowledge bases.
Requirements
- Be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Have a current-program GPA of at least 3.0.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship.
- Be able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
- Understanding of Python or Golang and fundamental networking and security concepts is preferred.
