Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable AI-augmented automation frameworks for functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Design self-healing and adaptive testing systems using anomaly detection, flaky-test prediction, and intelligent test selection.
- Implement shift-left and shift-right QA strategies across development and production monitoring pipelines.
- Develop data-driven and model-based testing approaches using telemetry, logs, and production data.
- Lead automation and network validation for cloud-native DOCSIS and PON platforms.
- Integrate QA into DevOps and MLOps pipelines to enable continuous testing and quality feedback loops.
- Build predictive quality analytics and troubleshoot distributed systems using observability and AI-assisted root-cause analysis.
- Mentor engineers on QA practices, Python architecture, and AI-driven test automation.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- Strong experience building enterprise-grade, extensible automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Linux/Ubuntu, CLI tooling, Python, Go, and Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with network traffic-generation and testing tools such as IXIA and ByteBlower.
- Ability to analyze packet captures, simulate network conditions, and validate end-to-end system performance at scale.
- Experience with observability stacks and applying logs, metrics, and tracing to quality engineering.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Git, with an emphasis on continuous testing and quality gates.
- Experience integrating AI/ML into QA workflows, including intelligent test generation, test optimization, flaky-test detection, self-healing frameworks, and anomaly detection.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native test environments, networking protocols, software architecture, data engineering concepts, and MLOps workflows.
