Base Salary
$105k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement new capabilities for classification-marking and M365 web-based application tools with a team of developers.
- Document system design, development, testing, processes, deliverables, meeting minutes, and user guides.
- Analyze system requirements, concepts of operations, and high-level architecture to develop requirements specifications.
- Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements and resolve reported user issues through alternative solutions or bug reports.
- Test new configurations and software releases, coordinate test users and scenarios, and track and report test results.
- Track user issues and questions, coordinate software deliveries with external organizations, and provide status reports.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Experience generating standard system engineering and test documentation is required.
- Strong written communication and experience creating program and process documentation are required.
- Working experience with JIRA and Confluence is required.
- Experience with wikis is required.
- Experience navigating AWS dashboards and services is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot, gather requirements, test software releases, and work collaboratively with developers, contractors, and government personnel is required.
