Base Salary
$165k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
- Automate, deploy, manage, secure, and troubleshoot cloud resources and applications across private, public, and on-premises environments.
- Analyze applications and recommend migration, deployment, platform, recovery, availability, and cost-optimization strategies.
- Migrate existing applications to the cloud and establish monitoring, alerting, policies, documentation, and secure cloud environments.
- Develop new cloud software products or major enhancements independently and contribute to deliverables and performance metrics.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including work with major cloud service providers and cloud development, deployment, or high-availability environments.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems engineering, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or additional experience in lieu of the degree.
- Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Cloud Practitioner certification or a similar certification.
- Experience deploying and managing infrastructure as code with Terraform, CloudFormation, and/or Azure ARM templates.
- Experience with cloud security best practices, architecture documentation, monitoring and alerting, troubleshooting, and cloud cost and performance optimization.
- Preferred experience with Git, Google DevOps, SonarQube, GitLab SAST, xUnit, NUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, Windows Service Fabric, Splunk, Windows and Linux server administration, JIRA, Confluence, Nessus, Excel, and cloud security configurations.

- Typically onsite in Washington, DC, Monday through Friday for eight-hour days, with flexibility to reach 80 hours within a two-week pay period.
