Base Salary
$203k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive velocity and identify opportunities that improve customer, business, and technology outcomes.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal architecture layers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer behavior and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Design and implement durable, scalable, secure software solutions with high availability and performance.
- Build and guide the applicability of AI-native applications to real-world customer problems.
- Evaluate AI solutions using tools that validate and measure accuracy.
- Contribute beyond the primary area of ownership and mentor technical teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies and tools to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI, and Kotlin.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, TypeScript, Spring, and Express with Node.js.
- Experience with AI technologies such as SageMaker, Vertex, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, and Python.
- Prior experience in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP.
- At least 1 year of experience working on teams that built AI-native applications.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments and with global teams across time zones.
