Responsibilities
- Define technical choices and robust application architectures focused on performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in complex software development, code reviews, and implementation of engineering best practices.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership within Scrum/Kanban teams.
- Improve continuous integration and deployment processes and support cloud industrialization.
- Contribute technical expertise to project estimation and responses to calls for tender.
Requirements
- At least 5–8 years of software development experience.
- Successful experience providing technical leadership or mentoring.
- Advanced knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, and relational database systems.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript and a modern frontend framework, ideally Angular.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes in CI/CD environments.
- Natural leadership, teaching ability, listening skills, and the ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
