Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build software solutions and automation for secure government cloud environments.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code and automate provisioning of Google Cloud resources using Terraform and other automation tools.
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions in Google Cloud Platform.
- Work with GCP infrastructure, containerization, networking, and cloud service broker capabilities.
- Use GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
- Implement cloud governance controls, organization policies, and IAM best practices.
- Collaborate using code management tools such as Git or GitLab.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building software solutions for secure government cloud environments.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
- 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions in GCP.
- Experience automating GCP resource provisioning with IaC and automation tools.
- Experience with Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
- Experience with Git or GitLab in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of DNS, load balancing, VPCs, private connectivity, and TLS.
- Secret clearance is required.
- Either a high school diploma or GED with 8+ years of software engineering experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of hire.
- Experience building, securing, and optimizing GCP workloads and maintaining GCP organization policies and IAM best practices is preferred.
