Responsibilities
- Design and implement deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools.
- Manage infrastructure for deployment pipelines, including servers, databases, load balancers, and related resources.
- Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for deployed applications to customers and end users.
- Implement deployment security and compliance measures, including SSL certificates, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to coordinate successful and timely software deployments.
- Continuously improve deployment processes through automation and efficiency initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotations providing 24/7 platform support and collaborate with global teams across time zones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, industrial engineering, engineering management, or another field.
- Expertise in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with systems administration, network administration, and Windows and Linux troubleshooting.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet.
- Proficiency with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools and Docker.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Nomad, or Swarm is helpful.
- Knowledge of C# and .NET is helpful.
- Familiarity with Elastic Cache clusters, SIEM integration, and the ELK stack is helpful.
- Basic knowledge of databases such as MS SQL and MongoDB.
- Ability to develop and debug custom integration service tasks.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
