Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and conduct feasibility studies.
- Translate analysis into actionable architectural recommendations.
- Advise on modern IT architectures, legacy systems, enterprise solutions, cloud, microservices, and AI-driven transformation.
- Lead technology project teams and collaborate across interdisciplinary and international environments.
- Communicate complex technical topics to technical and business audiences.
- Contribute to IT consulting and digital transformation engagements with flexibility to travel.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with above-average grades.
- Experience leading technology project teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of modern IT architectures, legacy systems, enterprise solutions, cloud, microservices, and AI.
- Practical understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, agile methods, cyber resilience, and software development practices.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent spoken and written Polish and English.
- Willingness to travel and work in interdisciplinary, international environments.
