Responsibilities
- Develop and improve digital products, services and systems used across HSBC.
- Test, maintain and support software and technology that keeps the bank operating.
- Monitor system performance, investigate technical issues and recommend improvements.
- Work with engineers, architects and business teams on secure, scalable and reliable technology solutions.
- Build engineering capability through technical training, coaching, practical learning and hackathons.
Requirements
- Be available to work full time from March 2027 or July 2027 onwards.
- Have achieved or expect to achieve a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.0/4.0, or an overseas equivalent.
- Be a recent graduate with less than two years of full-time work experience or be due to graduate by July 2027.
- Be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Be legally permitted to work in mainland China for the full duration of the graduate programme and beyond without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
