Responsibilities
- Create responsive and advanced UI components such as visual layout and page editors.
- Develop front-end applications using HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Angular, jQuery, and SASS.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and UX designers to develop product concepts and interactive prototypes.
- Define, lead, and guide design initiatives and programs.
- Participate in or lead design critiques and product discussions, including pair-designing for ideation.
- Develop durable interaction patterns and design systems for enterprise customers.
- Create designs that improve user engagement, satisfaction, and adoption.
- Conduct technical UI design reviews and help ensure reliability and performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- An outstanding portfolio of previous work.
- Knowledge of web technologies, techniques, standards, usability, and overall user experience.
- In-depth understanding of graphic design, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate progress and milestones.
- Preferred: understanding of mobile-first design and mobile experience optimization.
- Preferred: knowledge of JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and jQuery, HTML5, CSS abstraction such as Less and SASS, and task runners such as Grunt and Gulp.
- Preferred: knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous integration, build processes, testing, and operations.
