Responsibilities
- Contribute to CRIMS technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows under established designs and guidance.
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into CRIMS configurations and application components.
- Configure and develop application components using established standards.
- Support functional, integration, and regression testing activities.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with support from senior team members.
- Ensure configurations and deliverables meet quality, stability, and operational standards.
- Participate in go-live readiness and provide post-deployment implementation support.
- Follow CRD SDLC and documentation standards while collaborating with global delivery teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- 08–12 years of relevant professional experience in financial technology or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with application configuration or development, system integration and data processing, reporting or analytics support, or related implementation work.
- Working proficiency in Core Java and hands-on knowledge of databases and SQL, including querying, joins, and basic performance analysis.
- Exposure to ETL or data-processing tools such as Pentaho or Talend, with Talend preferred, and basic experience with SSRS or similar reporting tools.
- Exposure to Azure or AWS and familiarity with cloud-based deployments.
- Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, databases and SQL concepts, and enterprise application fundamentals.
- Experience contributing to investment-management or capital-markets implementations is preferred; exposure to financial systems, data integration, distributed systems, FIX, SWIFT, Bloomberg, or MSCI is desirable.
- Relevant Azure or AWS fundamentals, technical or financial certifications, or progress toward CFA are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and quality-focused delivery skills.
