Base Salary
$110k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modernize large-scale web applications for Uline.com.
- Influence architecture and technical direction for business-critical web and eCommerce initiatives.
- Contribute to project planning, architecture discussions, code reviews, and delivery of complex projects.
- Partner with teams across Uline to improve application performance and customer experience.
- Mentor and coach developers and provide technical guidance on engineering challenges.
- Explore and apply AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, and vector search.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience developing web or eCommerce applications using .NET, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Preferred experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Elasticsearch, or Dynatrace, or data integration tools such as NiFi.
- Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.
