Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end system features spanning user interfaces and backend code.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on requirements, project goals, and deliverables.
- Evaluate and improve existing systems, including performance and user experience across application layers.
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems and data flows.
- Share knowledge with and assist junior team members with technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong understanding of full stack development, including frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of database management and data flow within complex software systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance across multiple application layers.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
