Lead Software Engineer - Vice President

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain front-office applications supporting Global Linear Rates and FXEM trading businesses.
- Lead and contribute to the architecture and implementation of the Global FXEM Funding platform, including funding reporting and trade booking capabilities.
- Deliver scalable and reliable solutions for real-time, intraday, and end-of-day business processes.
- Partner with product leads, strats, traders, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver business-driven solutions.
- Improve system performance, resiliency, and operational stability for mission-critical trading platforms.
- Provide production support and resolve business-critical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute across requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Guide junior staff and initiatives while contributing to strategic technology, modernization, and global rollout efforts.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills in software development for a front-office environment.
- Experience contributing across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ability to manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of the relevant business line and discipline, with knowledge of competitive environments and adjacent disciplines.
- Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and comply with technology standards, development practices, and control requirements.
