Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain front-office applications supporting Global Linear Rates and FXEM trading businesses.
  • Lead and contribute to the architecture and implementation of the Global FXEM Funding platform, including funding reporting and trade booking capabilities.
  • Deliver scalable and reliable solutions for real-time, intraday, and end-of-day business processes.
  • Partner with product leads, strats, traders, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver business-driven solutions.
  • Improve system performance, resiliency, and operational stability for mission-critical trading platforms.
  • Provide production support and resolve business-critical issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute across requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Guide junior staff and initiatives while contributing to strategic technology, modernization, and global rollout efforts.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills in software development for a front-office environment.
  • Experience contributing across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of the relevant business line and discipline, with knowledge of competitive environments and adjacent disciplines.
  • Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and comply with technology standards, development practices, and control requirements.
